Singer 30K Sewing Machine

The 30K is a half-size, chainstitch sewing machine on an iron base. It was designed for domestic use and has a primitive presser foot lifter.

The serial number is stamped into the bottom of the machine casing, and is hidden when the machine is attached to its base. While major production of the 30K ended in 1913, there were sporadic production runs in later years.
