Specialized Machines for Industry as described

Hardly a week passes without a demand from some
manufacturer for a machine to perform some special duty or
stitching process and this has resulted in the creation of, not
only hundreds of distinct types or classes of Singer machines,
but no less than 2,356 "varieties" or modifications of
these "classes" to meet these special requirements.
